Based on the amino acid sequences of proteins PSA, PSM and PSCA known as prostatic cancer markers, tumor antigen peptides inducing HLA-A2 restricted or HLA-A24 restricted CTL are identified from peripheral blood monocytes of a patient with prostatic cancer. Thus, peptides having a function as a tumor antigen recognized by HLA-A2 restricted or HLA-A24 restricted CTL; an antibody against the peptides; a compound interacting with the peptides; a CTL inducer comprising the peptides; medicinal compositions containing at least one of the same; a method of identifying a compound interacting with the peptides; a method of inducing CTL using the peptides; a method of assaying the peptides and the antibody; and reagent kits to be used in the identification method or the assay method; are provided.
