The device contains at least one track (14) with a first and second surface; the first surface contains adhesive (34), and the second surface is comprised of a splined receptacle (38). In one embodiment, the device contains at least two separated personalized fixtures, each of which is integrally connected to a splined connector (40) adapted to mate with the splined receptacle.
