There will be provided a power source system for a small boat equipped with a main switch 45 with a lanyard switch capable of turning OFF power source in case of an emergency by connecting to an occupant by wire, of the form of supplying and controlling the power source to accessories and the like including a fuel injection system 61, the power source system being equipped with: a main relay 91 for turning ON/OFF power source to be supplied to the accessories; and a control unit (display control unit 74) connected in parallel to the main switch 45 in order to control the main relay 91, characterized in that an ON/OFF state of the main switch 45 is monitored by the control unit (display control unit74) to ON/OFF control the main relay 91 on the basis of the ON/OFF state. It is possible to collectively control the ON/OFF of the power source to be supplied to the accessories including the fuel injection system. As a result, the power source system can be simplified.
