In thermoelectric cooling system using fluid as an evaporating and cooling fluid, it is known that the thermoelectric module boils the fluid in a boiler in contact with the hot side of the module. The vapour goes into standard condenser with horizontal tube arrangements. It is also known that some of the condensed fluid will not flow into the boiler as a part of it will settle in the condenser. It is also known that from the condenser, the fluid flows directly into the boiler. In this invention, non-standard condenser, a newly developed gravity condenser is used. From the condenser the fluid does not go straight into the boiler but empties into an accumulator. From the accumulator it is channeled through the cooler insulation prior to arriving at the boiler. Along the lines valves and/or pumps or/and compressors may be incorporated.
