It is intended to effectively prevent deteriorations of container performance, such as strength lowering at pinchoff area and exposure of recycled material at mouth tubular portion attributed to an increase of the ratio of recycled material employed. Accordingly, with respect to the multilayered blow container with mouth tubular portion, shoulder portion, trunk portion and bottom portion composed of at least an external layer, an internal layer and one interlayer, formed by blow molding of a tubular multilayered parison obtained by extrusion molding, the external layer and the internal layer are formed from a single synthetic resin, and the interlayer is formed from a recycled material containing as a main component the synthetic resin constituting the external and internal layers. Along the direction of parison extrusion, in a given area, there is provided a nonforming region where no interlayer exists, or a thin layer region where the interlayer is thinner in other regions.
L'objectif de l'invention est la prévention efficace des détériorations des performances d'un conteneur, comme la diminution de la résistance au niveau de la zone réduite et l'exposition d'un matériau recyclé au niveau de la partie tubulaire du goulot attribuée à une augmentation du rapport du matériau recyclé utilisé. À cet effet, le conteneur multicouche soufflé comprend une partie de goulot tubulaire, une partie d'épaulement, une partie de corps et une partie de fond composée au moins d'une couche externe, d'une couche interne et d'une couche intermédiaire, et il est formé par moulage par extrusion-soufflage d'une paraison tubulaire multicouche obtenue par moulage par extrusion, la couche externe et la couche interne étant formées à partir d'une résine synthétique unique et la couche intermédiaire étant formée d'un matériau recyclé contenant comme composant principal la résine synthétique constituant les couches externe et interne. Une région de non-formage ne comportant pas de couche intermédiaire, ou une région de couche fine où la couche intermédiaire est plus fine que dans les autres régions, se trouve le long de la direction de l'extrusion-soufflage, dans une zone donnée.
