The disposable pull-on undergarment 1 has first and second waist regions 20, 22 and a crotch region 21 extending between these two waist regions 20, 22. The waist regions 20, 22 are connected with each other in bonding zones B1 extending along transversely opposite side edge portions thereof so as to define a waist-opening 5 and a pair of leg-openings 6. First elastic members 8 are bonded under tension to peripheral edge of the waist-opening 6 and second elastic members 9 are bonded under tension to peripheral edges of the leg-openings 6 so that respective opposite ends 8a of the first elastic members 8 are positioned and fixed at first zones B2 defined immediately inside the bonding zones B1 in a circumferential direction of the waist-opening and respective opposite ends 9a of the second elastic members 9 are positioned and fixed at second zones B3 defined immediately inside the bonding zones B1 in a circumferential direction Y of the leg-openings.
