A cathode film for batteries which is easy to handle in the form of film and has excellent mechanical strength and excellent ion conductivity is disclosed. A solid electrolyte composition suitable for manufacturing such a cathode film and a method for efficiently manufacturing such a cathode film are also disclosed. The solid electrolyte composition for cathodes is composed of a polyether polymer, a positive electrode active material, conductive particles, an electrolyte salt compound and a photopolymerization initiator, and the composition contains 2-30 parts by weight of the photopolymerization initiator per 100 parts by weight of the polyether polymer. This solid electrolyte composition is shaped and then crosslinked through irradiation of ultraviolet light, whereby a cathode film for batteries is obtained. By using this cathode film, a battery with excellent cycle performance can be obtained.
L'invention concerne un film cathodique pour batteries, facile à manipuler sous forme de film, qui possède une excellente résistance mécanique et une excellente conductivité d'ions, une composition électrolytique solide destinée à la fabrication de ce film cathodique et un procédé pour fabriquer efficacement ce film cathodique. La composition électrolytique solide pour cathodes est constituée d'un polymère de polyéther, d'un matériau actif d'électrode positive, de particules conductrices, d'un composé de sel électrolytique et d'un initiateur de photopolymérisation. La composition comprend 2 à 30 parties en poids de l'initiateur de photopolymérisation pour 100 parties en poids du polymère de polyéther. La composition électrolytique solide acquiert une forme déterminée puis est réticulée par rayons ultraviolets, ce qui permet de former un film cathodique pour batteries. L'utilisation de ce film cathodique permet d'obtenir d'excellentes performances en termes de cycles.
