The invention relates to a sperm dilution medium that comprises a base medium to which are added yolk or yolk plasma, glycerol and native phosphocaseinate. The medium can particularly be used for the freeze-preservation of mammal sperm in order to enhance the fertilisation capability of the frozen sperm.
