The present invention provides methods for inducing an antigen-specific immune response. In one aspect, an effective amount of an antigenic peptide binding protein (APBP) and a cytotoxic agent are administered to the subject. In another aspect, an effective amount of a first polynucleotide encoding an antigenic peptide binding protein and a second polynucleotide encoding a cytotoxic agent are administered to the subject. In another aspect, the methods described herein also include administering an effective amount of an antigen presenting cell (APC) recruitment factor, a cytokine or a co- stimulatory molecule. In yet another embodiment, the cytotoxic agent and the antigen presenting cell recruitment factor are encoded by one polynucleotide. In yet another aspect, the invention provides a method of adoptive immunotherapy by administering to a subject a population of educated, antigen- specific immune effector cells, with or without an effective amount of a cytokine and/or a co-stimulator molecule.
La présente invention concerne des méthodes permettant d'induire une réponse immunitaire spécifique de l'antigène. Dans un aspect, cette invention consiste à administrer à un sujet une quantité efficace d'une protéine de fixation à un peptide antigénique (APBP) et d'un agent cytotoxique. Dans un autre aspect, cette invention consiste à administrer à un sujet une quantité efficace d'un premier nucléotide codant pour une protéine de fixation à un peptide antigénique, et d'un second nucléotide codant pour un agent cytotoxique. Dans une variante, les méthodes susmentionnées consistent également à administrer une quantité efficace d'un facteur de mobilisation de cellules présentatrices de l'antigène (APC), d'une cytokine, ou d'une molécule costimulatrice. Dans un autre mode de réalisation de cette invention, l'agent cytotoxique et le facteur de mobilisation de cellules présentatrices de l'antigène sont codés par un polynucléotide. Dans une autre variante, cette invention concerne une méthode d'immunothérapie adoptive consistant à administrer à un sujet une population de cellules cultivées effectrices immunitaires spécifiques de l'antigène, avec ou sans une quantité efficace d'une cytokine et/ou d'une molécule costimulatrice.
