PROTECTION DEVICE FOR A CHRISTMAS TREE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A Christmas tree presented in front of a wall is protected from small children or pets by a fence structure including a plurality of fence panels which are connected together at angles to define a front fence panel and at least two side panels with the side panels extending from the wall generally at right angles. The side panels are interconnected by a transverse rear rail which engages along the wall and holds the structure rigid.
