The invention comprises a device as a dental shield for use during intubation to protect teeth, comprising a plurality of tooth segments, each segment having a male connector and a female connector located on opposite sides for the purpose of attaching each segment to an adjacent segment, and each segment formed from a rigid material defining a tooth-shaped channel containing a deformable material bound to the tooth surface such that a number of tooth segments are assemblable into the dental shield device.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de protection dentaire à utiliser pour protéger les dents lors dune intubation. Le dispositif comprend une pluralité de segments dentaires, chaque segment étant doté dun connecteur mâle et dun connecteur femelle situés sur les côtés opposés et destinés à fixer chaque segment à un segment adjacent, et chaque segment étant constitué dun matériau rigide définissant une cannelure en forme de dent contenant un matériau déformable relié à la surface de la dent de manière à pouvoir regrouper plusieurs segments dentaires dans le dispositif de protection dentaire.
