The invention relates to vector constructs, comprising vector DNA which includes regulatory sequences, the NIS gene coding for the sodium/iodide symporter, the TPO gene coding for thyroidal peroxidase and use thereof for production of a medicament/diagnostic for treatment/diagnosis of tumour disease states, whereby treatment occurs before or concurrent with a radionuclide therapy, in particular, with iodine-131, or astatine-211. The invention further relates to use of two or several vector constructs for production of a medicament/diagnostic for treatment/diagnosis of tumour disease states.

L'invention concerne des structures de vecteurs constituées d'ADN de vecteur comportant des séquences régulatrices, du gène NIS codant le symport sodium/iodure, et du gène TPO codant la peroxydase thyroïdale, ainsi que leur utilisation dans la fabrication d'un agent pharmaceutique/diagnostique destiné au traitement/diagnostic de maladies tumorales, le traitement étant effectuée au moyen d'une thérapie par radionucléides ou en association avec une thérapie par radionucléides, en particulier avec de l'iode 131, ou de l'astate 211. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation d'au moins deux structures de vecteurs dans la fabrication d'un agent pharmaceutique/diagnostique destiné au traitement/diagnostic de maladies tumorales.
