The present invention relates to a substantially leak-proof tamper-evident container closure that combines reuseable, push-pull spout with a snap-on tamper-evident closure. The closure has first and second locking members (15, 5) characterized by the first locking member having an inward flange with an upturned locking edge forming an annular groove (20) in the flange. The push- pull resealable pour spout with an opening therein and a plug (23) space thereabove with upwardly angled legs (24) formed integral with the closure. Integrated into the periphery of the second opening is at least one and preferably two annular flanges (33). The annular flanges engage and create a sealing contact with the annular surface of the plug to provide a seal which is leak proof. The lower edge of the push-pull pour spout contains a tamper- evident band (40).
L'invention porte sur une fermeture inviolable et quasiment étanche combinant un bec verseur à tirette réutilisable et une fermeture encliquetable inviolable quasiment étanche. La fermeture, qui comporte un premier et un deuxième élément de fermeture (15, 5), est caractérisé en ce que le premier présente un flasque tourné vers l'intérieur dont le bord tourné vers le haut constitue une rainure annulaire (20) formée dans le flasque. Le bec verseur à tirette réutilisable comporte une ouverture surmontée d'un espace pour le bouchon (23) muni de pattes obliques (24) tournées vers le haut faisant partie intégrante de la fermeture. La périphérie de la deuxième ouverture comporte au moins un et de préférence deux flasques annulaires (33) qui touchent la surface annulaire du bouchon et assurent avec elle un contact étanche constituant une fermeture étanche. Le bord inférieur du bec verseur à tirette comporte un manchon d'inviolabilité (40).
