The present patent application concerns new compounds of formula (I) with R1 and R2 taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a saturated nitrogen-containing ring, A is a saturated C1 -4 alkylene and B a C3-4 alkylene or alkenylene chain; their preparation and their use as a H3 receptor ligand for treating e.g. CNS disorders like Alzheimer's disease.

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés représentés par la formule (I) dans laquelle R1 et R2 conjointement à l'atome d'azote auquel ils sont rattachés forment un noyau saturé contenant de l'azote, A est un alcoylène C1-4 saturé et B une chaîne alcoylène ou alcénylène C3-4. L'invention concerne également leur préparation et leur utilisation comme ligands du récepteur H3 dans le traitement, par exemple, des troubles du SNC tels que la maladie d'Alzheimer.
