Head, shoulder, knee strap strategically placed for security. Carrying bag, 2ft long × 10" high × 10" wide. Inserting, folding, portable stretcher is easy to put together and easy to take apart. The carrying bag makes it easy to carry around in a truck or a cop car, semi trucks, air planes, ambulance, kept in school, or taking on a camping trip. Insert, folding, portable, stretcher does not take up lots of room and is not bulky or long to carry in a vehicle etc.
