Methods are described to increase the proportion of endoderm committed cells and pancreatic lineage cells in a culture of human embryonic stem cells which are undergoing differentiation. The method also result in a stem cell derived culture which does not have tumorigenic capability.

L'invention concerne des méthodes destinées à accroître la proportion de cellules engagées endodermiques et de cellules de lignée pancréatique dans une culture de cellules souches embryonnaires humaines qui subissent une différenciation.
