The compounds of the formula (I) or (Ia) have the structure: (see formula I, II ) or a salt thereof, wherein R1 is a cyclic moiety; R2 is hydrogen, -OH, C1-C6 alkoxycarbonyl, etc.; R3 is hydrogen, amino, etc.; R4 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, etc.; and R5 is substituted pyridyl.
