A multi-cannula catheter assembly for administering different fluids to disparate sites within a body lumen (fig. 1). One aspect of the invention includes an inner catheter that is slidably disposed in at least a portion of an outer catheter so that a distal port on the inner catheter can be positioned at one treatment site within a body lumen and a distal port on the outer catheter positioned at a different site (fig. 1). In addition, a skirt can be deposed on either or both the inner (100) and outer catheter, proximate their distal ends. The skirt (100), for which several different embodiments are disclosed (figs. 4-7, 9-16), is furled after the distal port on the catheter to which the skirt is attached is advanced to a desired site.
L'invention concerne un assemblage de cathéter multi-canules servant à administrer différents fluides à divers sites dans la lumière d'un corps (fig. 1). Selon l'un des aspects de la présente invention, un cathéter interne disposé de manière coulissante sur au moins une partie d'un cathéter externe, de manière à ce qu'un port distal sur le cathéter interne puisse être placé à un site de traitement dans la lumière d'un corps et un port distal sur le cathéter externe placé sur un autre site (fig. 1). En sus, une jupe peut être placée, soit sur l'un des deux cathéters, soit sur les deux, interne (100) et externe, à proximité de leurs extrémités distales. Cette jupe (100), pour laquelle plusieurs modes de réalisation différents sont présentés (figs. 4-7, 9-16), est resserrée une fois que le port distal sur le cathéter auquel la jupe est fixée est remonté jusqu'au site souhaité.
