The invention concerns a device for controlling access to premises such as a water closet comprising: a lavatory (3) provided with a tap and a door controlling access to the premises and means (100) for deactivating a device (10/30) associated with the unauthorised opening of the door, in response to operating the tap. Said device is characterised in that it comprises a device (9) for detecting the operation of the tap and the presence of hands under the water jet coming from the tap.
L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif de contrôle de l'accès d'un lieu tel un cabinet d'aisance comprenant: un lave-mains (3) pourvu de son robinet et une porte contrôlant l'accès du local et un moyen (100) de désactivation d'un dispositif (10/30) associé à l'ouverture non autorisée de la porte, en réponse à la manoeuvre du robinet. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif (9) de détection, d'une part, du fonctionnement du robinet et, d'autre part, de la présence des mains sous le jet d'eau du robinet.
