An assembly or system which is capable of lighting the number plate of a car at approximately the same time a photograph of the number plate is being taken by a "radar camera" thus causing the camera to be "blinded", or in other words, the photo to be over exposed in that area, and thus rendering identification of the number plate by that photograph more difficult than without this invention.
