The invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used for fuel combustion. Said invention is directed at energy saving and environment protection. The aim of the invention is to develop a device for preparing an oxidiser for fuel combustion capable of intensifying to maximum a fuel combustion process, reducing the quantity of supplied air and waste gases. The inventive device comprises an electrode in the form of a grid which is electrically insulated from the walls of the oxidiser pipeline. Said grid electrode is provided with units for removing electric charges whose length is generally ranging from 60 to 120 mm and whose blunt ends are rigidly fixed to the intersections of longitudinal and transversal conductors of the grid, the sharp end thereof being directed along the oxidiser flow. Said device makes it possible to increase the performance of thermal sets, reduce the airflow and the discharge of toxic substances into the atmosphere.

La présente invention traite de l'énergétique thermique et peut être utilisée dans le cadre de la combustion de combustible. Cette invention contribue aux économies d'énergie et à la protection de l'environnement et comprend le développement d'un dispositif de préparation d'un comburant chargé d'opérer la combustion de combustible et permettant d'intensifier au maximum le processus de combustion de combustible et de réduire l'alimentation en air et la quantité de gaz de combustion émis. Le dispositif de la présente invention comprend une électrode-grille isolée électriquement des parois de la conduite d'amenée de comburant. Cette électrode-grille comprend des unités d'élimination de charges électriques dont la longueur est de préférence comprise entre 60 et 120 mm, dont l'extrémité arrondie est fermement fixée aux intersections nodales de conducteurs longitudinaux et transversaux de la grille et dont les extrémités pointues sont orientées le long du flux de comburant. Ce dispositif permet d'augmenter le rendement d'ensembles thermiques et de réduire le flux d'air ainsi que la quantité de substances toxiques rejetées dans l'atmosphère.
