This kitchen aid has been designed to replace the original grater that requires the user to move his or her hand diagonally along the sharp points of the perforations on its surface. This new circular formation retains the original texture of the finished product in a safer and faster manner without the possibilities of personal injury. The product is placed against a safety stop while the blade rotates in a clockwise manner to perform the required operation. Pressure is applied onto the product while the blade is in motion. This pressure will vary from product to product.
