2065315 9200235 PCTABS00010 A sheet feeder in which a cam member (120, 122) shiftable transversely of the sheet feed path provides concomitant adjustment relative to the feed rollers (22, 24) of stripper shoes (90) carried by resilient arms (86) integral with stripper supports (82, 84) mounted for movement as a unit relative to the feed rollers and in which elements (100) on the supports adjust the positions of the resilient arms for individual adjustment of the shoes. A rib (92) on a curved guide (28) adjacent to the feed rollers prevents snapping of sheets against the feed rollers as they are picked up by an accelerating nip formed adjacent to the end of the guide by a pair of acceleration rollers (34, 38), one (34) of which is formed with a groove (94) for accommodating the nip.
