A recreational vehicle or the like which includes a frontal seating and driving section, and utility and lounging and/or dining and/or sleeping sections disposed rearwardly of said frontal section. A central aisle extends lengthwise of said vehicle to provide access to said sections. A toilet facility in said utility section has a fixed toilet therein, and a wash basin is mounted for movement from an advanced position above said toilet for normal use of said basin to a retracted position adjacent to but clear of said toilet to permit normal use of said toilet.
