Abstract of the Disclosure Compounds of the formula I Image (I) wherein the phenyl nucleus may be substituted by e.g. lower alkyl, alkoxy and/or halogen, X represents the -CH2- or -CH(CH3)- moiety, R3 represents -COCR' or -CON(R")(R"'), wherein each of R', R" and R"' independently represents hydrogen, methyl or ethyl, and R4 represents alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, which may be substituted by cyano or rhodano, or represents alkenyl of 2 to 5 carbon atoms or cycloalkyl of 3 to 7 carbon atoms, are effective microbicides. They may preferably be used for combating plant pathogenic fungi.
