The invention relates to a method of producing a product comprising a support having a long-acting adhesive and a protective tape disposed thereon, so that said adhesive can be used at a later time. The inventive method is characterised in that it consists in: determining a reference plane (P) which is close to the location of the adhesive deposit and which is either below the plane containing the lower face of the support or above the plane containing the upper face of said support; establishing the distance (D) separating the reference plane (P) and the level (N) at which the adhesive (2) is delivered, which is close to the plane containing the application face of the support; delivering the long-acting adhesive (2); delivering a protective tape (20) which is disposed on top of the adhesive (2) either simultaneously using a pre-fabricated transfer tape or separately; moving the support in relation to the deposit station; exerting a transverse force on the support such that one of the faces thereof is applied continuously against the reference plane (P); and exerting a pressure, counter to the transverse force, on the protective tape (20) and the adhesive (2).
Le procédé est destiné à fabriquer un produit constitué par un support sur lequel se trouvent un adhésif à effet prolongé et un ruban de protection en vue d~un usage différé dudit adhésif. Il est caractérisé en ce que : on détermine à proximité de l~endroit oú l~on dépose l~adhésif, un plan de référence (P) situé soit au-dessous du plan dans lequel doit se trouver la face inférieure d~un support, soit au-dessus du plan dans lequel doit se trouver la face supérieure dudit support, on établit la distance (D) qui sépare le plan de référence (P) et le niveau (N) auquel est délivré l~adhésif (2) situé à proximité du plan dans lequel doit se trouver la face d~application du support, on délivre de l~adhésif à effet prolongé (2), on délivre un ruban de protection (20) superposé à l~adhésif (2), soit simultanément au moyen d~un ruban transfert préfabriqué, soit séparément, on provoque le mouvement relatif entre le support et le poste de dépose, on exerce sur le support un effort transversal pour que l~une de ses faces soit constamment appliquée contre le plan de référence (P), on exerce sur le ruban de protection (20) et l'adhésif (2) superposés une pression antagoniste à l'effort transversal.
