Copolymère fluoré durcissable contenant les restes de copolymérisation d'un monomère fluoré et d'un monomère allylique caractérisé en ce que a) les restes de monomère fluoré proviennent de l'association de tétrafluoroéthylène et d'au moins un autre monomère fluoré choisi parmi le chlorotrifluoroéthylène et le fluorure de vinylidène; b) le monomère allylique est un polyol allylique de formule Image R1 étant H ou CH2OH, R2 étant OH ou CH2OH, R3 étant CH3 ou OH, sachant que R1 et R3 ne peuvent être simultanément H et CH3 et en ce qu'il contient: c) les restes d'un monomère allylique ou acrylique porteur d'une chaîne fluorocarbonée de formule Image avec n étant une valeur de 3 à 12, R4 étant H ou CH3, X étant CH2-O ou Image . Ce copolymère durcissable est obtenu par copolymérisation en solution dans un solvant organique. En solution dans un solvant adapté ce copolymère est utilisé dans les peintures ou vernis résistant aux taches et aux salissures.
