The invention concerns a method for supplying the working parts of a boring tool, in particular a drill, with a lubricant which both cools and lubricates the drill, a dispenser (9) being connected directly or indirectly to the drill to enable lubricant to be fed to the working parts of the drill through at least one channel (10) in the drill. The invention also concerns a boring tool, in particular a drill, with a shaft (1) and a cutter (2) and at least one internal lubricant channel (10), at least one reservoir being fitted as a dispenser (9) for the lubricant, the reservoir being directly or indirectly connected to the drill by mechanical means and to the at least one lubricant channel (10) to permit the passage of lubricant. In addition, the invention concerns a tool-holder designed to hold the drill. It has an internal dispenser (9a) for the lubricant, the dispenser being connected, when the drill is fixed in place, to the at least one lubricant channel (10) in the drill to permit the passage of lubricant.
Procédé pour lubrifier à froid des outils rotatifs d'enlèvement de copeaux, outil et porte-outil susceptibles d'être ainsi lubrifiés. Afin d'alimenter les zones actives d'un outil de forage, notamment d'un foret, en un lubrifiant qui sert à refroidir et à lubrifier, le foret est directement ou indirectement relié à un réservoir distributeur (9) de lubrifiant par au moins un canal de lubrifiant (10) ménagé dans l'outil de forage qui sert à amener le lubrifiant jusqu'aux zones actives du foret. L'invention concerne en outre un outil de forage, notamment un foret avec une tige (1), une partie tranchante (2), au moins un canal intérieur de lubrifiant (10) et au moins un réservoir qui sert de réservoir (9) de distribution d'un lubrifiant et qui est directement ou indirectement mécaniquement relié à l'outil de forage et en communication fluide avec le ou les canaux de lubrifiant (10). L'invention concerne également un porte-outil dans lequel un outil de forage est serré. Le porte-outil comprend un réservoir intégré (9a) de distribution de lubrifiant. Lorsque l'outil de forage est serré dans le porte-outil, le réservoir de lubrifiant est en communication fluide avec l'outil de forage à travers au moins un canal interne de lubrifiant (10).
