They are comprised of a series of derivatives of carbohydrates of a family of biologically active opiated agents, which present in their structure at least one residue of cabohydrate per opiate molecule, linked directly to a hydroxyl group of the opiate or through a C-glycoside bond formed between two functions situated at each of the two constitutive parts of the glycoconjugate. Said derivatives contain more than one carbohydrate residue and/or more than one opiate molecule per carbohydrate residue. The acid salts and the compounds of said opiated glycoconjugates are also included in the disclosed compounds of said invention.
Ils sont constitués par une série de dérivés de carbohydrates d'une famille d'agents opiacés biologiquement actifs, qui présentent dans leur structure au moins un résidu de carbohydrate par molécule d'opiacé, uni directement à un groupe hydroxyle de l'opiacé ou par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison C-glycoside formée entre deux fonctions situées à chacune des deux parties constituant le glyconjugué. Ces dérivés contiennent plus d'un résidu de carbohydrate et/ou plus d'une molécule opiacée par résidu de carbohydrate. Les sels d'acide et les composés de ces glycoconjugués opiacés sont également inclus parmi les composés de cette invention.
