The invention relates to a set of blanks for making a packaging box (1), to such a box and to a method for making such a box. The set includes a first blank comprising at least four main flaps connected together by first folding lines for forming the walls of the base (3) of the box, and a second blank including three panels connected together by third folding lines and including flips connected to the panels by a fourth folding line for forming the lid (2) of said box. A tearable flap (30) is connected to a flap by a perforated junction line (31), two flaps and two non-adjacent trapezoidal panels for forming the side walls and the base of the lid, wherein the two blanks are arranged so as to enable a sufficient covering in order to glue the same onto each other at the opposite inner and outer edges of the flaps and trapezoidal panels when the perforated folding line and the fourth folding lines are aligned or substantially aligned.
II s'agit d'un ensemble de découpes pour la constitution d'une boîte d'emballage (1), d'un telle boite et d'un procédé de fabrication d'une telle boite. L'ensemble comprend une première découpe d'au moins quatre volets principaux reliés entre eux par des premières lignes de pliage propre à former les parois de l'embase (3) de la boîte et une deuxième découpe de trois panneaux reliés entre eux par des troisièmes lignes de pliage, munis de rabats reliés aux panneaux par une quatrième ligne de pliage, propre à former la coiffe (2) de ladite boîte. Il est prévu un rabat arrachable (30) relié à un volet par une ligne de jonction perforée (31), deux volets et deux panneaux trapézoïdaux non adjacents destinés à former les parois latérales de l'embase et de la coiffe, les deux découpes étant agencées pour permettre un recouvrement suffisant pour autoriser un collage de l'une sur l'autre au niveau des bords intérieurs et extérieurs en vis à vis des volets et panneaux trapézoïdaux lorsque la ligne de pliage perforée et les quatrièmes lignes de pliage sont alignées ou sensiblement alignées.
