Provided herein is a method of administering a free arachidonic acid metabolite to an animal, the method involving administration of the free metabolite and an endocytosable particle. This method can be used to treat animals afflicted with disorders characterized by cell activation and adhesion, inflammation or toxemia. Also provided is a method of treating an animal for such disorders by administration to the animals of a composition containing an anti-disorder effective amount of an endocytosable particle.

L'invention a pour objet un procédé pour administrer un métabolite d'acide arachidonique libre à un animal, ce procédé consistant à administrer le métabolite libre et une particule capable d'endocytose. Ce procédé peut être utilisé pour traiter les animaux souffrant de troubles caractérisés par une activation et une adhérence cellulaires, des inflammations et des toxémies. L'invention a également pour objet un procédé pour traiter un animal contre ces troubles en lui administrant une composition renfermant une quantité d'une particule capable d'endocytose, efficace contre ces troubles.
