More particularly the invention provides immunogenic conjugates useful for generating T cell immunity against tumor-associated carbohydrate structures or against carbohydrate structures expressed on infectious agents and/or infected host cells. The said immunogenic conjugate comprises (i) a peptide component capable of binding an MHC class I molecule; and (ii) a carbohydrate component having the immunogenic specificity of said carbohydrate structure.
