The object of this invention is to provide an enema preparation effective in treating inflammatory bowel diseases. The enema preparation of this invention includes at least one selected from the group consisting of thiazole compounds having the following general formula and the salts thereof: wherein R1 represents a phenyl group which may have 1 to 3 lower alkoxy groups as substituents on the phenyl ring and R2 a pyridyl group which may have 1 to 3 carboxyl groups as substituents on the pyridine ring.

L'invention concerne une préparation de lavement efficace pour le traitement des maladies intestinales inflammatoires. La préparation de lavement selon l'invention comprend au moins un élément sélectionné dans le groupe renfermant des composés thiazole de formule générale (1) et des sels de ceux-ci: dans laquelle R1 représente un groupe phényle pouvant comprendre entre 1 et 3 groupes alcoxy inférieurs comme substituants sur le noyau phényle et R2 désigne un groupe pyridyle pouvant comprendre entre 1 et 3 groupes carboxyle comme substituants sur le noyau pyridine.
