There are disclosed a method of manufacturing a thin and uniform ceramic porous membrane formed with less membrane formation times and having less defects, and a method of manufacturing a ceramic filter including the ceramic porous membrane. A UF membrane (14) having an average pore diameter smaller than that of a porous base member (11) is formed on the porous base member (11), a ceramic sol (40) is deposited on the UF membrane (14), and the ceramic sol (40) is dried with blown air and then fired to form a ceramic porous membrane (1) having an average pore diameter smaller than that of the UF membrane (14).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une membrane poreuse céramique mince et uniforme formée avec des temps de formation de membrane réduits et présentant moins de défauts, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication d'un filtre céramique comprenant la membrane poreuse céramique. Une membrane UF (14) présentant un diamètre des pores moyen inférieur à celui d'un élément de base poreux (11) est formée sur l'élément de base poreux (11), un sol céramique (40) est déposé sur la membrane UF (14), et le sol céramique (40) est séché à l'aide d'air soufflé puis cuit afin de former une membrane poreuse céramique (1) présentant un diamètre des pores moyen inférieur à celui d'une membrane UF (14).
