A five-layer intellectual cube having six sides directing to different orientations, each side is divided vertically and horizontally into five smaller movable surfaces respectively, so that each side has 25 smaller movable surfaces; by changeability of orientation by rotation of the smaller movable surfaces, the six sides provide a variety of combinations by colors or patterns, this can arouse brains of people to get an intellectual enhancing effect. The cube is comprised of a central axle block, six first blocks, twentyfour second blocks, twelve third blocks, twentyfour fourth blocks, twentyfour fifth blocks and eight sixth blocks. All the block can mutually restrain and limit and can be rotated to change positions thereof, all the smaller movable surfaces can be applied with dirfferent colors or patterns, variety of combinations in colors or patterns of the smaller movable surfaces can be obtained during rotation, so that intellectual enhancing effect can be gotten and complexity of the intellectual cube can be increased.
