A disposable diaper having a waist pocket cuff is disclosed. A gluteal groove spacer is disposed on the pocket cuff to reduce leakage of fecal material along the wearer's gluteal groove. The pocket cuff can have an open edge which extends between open edge ends joined to the distal edges of barrier cuffs. The pocket cuff and gluteal groove spacer are spaced apart from the topsheet by elastic members associated with the barrier cuffs and the pocket cuff.
L'invention concerne un change jetable comportant une poche froncée au niveau de la ceinture. Un séparateur se plaçant contre le sillon interfessier est disposé sur la poche froncée en vue de réduire les fuites de matières fécales le long du sillon interfessier du porteur. La poche froncée peut présenter un bord ouvert qui s'étend entre des extrémités unies aux bords distaux de fronces formant barrière. La poche froncée et le séparateur sont espacés de la feuille supérieure par des éléments élastiques associés aux fronces formant barrière et à la poche froncée.
