Air intake comprising at least one deflector (1) which is provided with one or more walls (5, 6, 9) suitable for conveying air through an opening (4) made in the body of a motor vehicle (2), and which is hinged to at least one member (7) of the motor vehicle (2) for being rotated by at least one motor (19) around an axis (3), so as to modify the size of said opening (4). The angle comprised between the rotation axis (3) of the deflector (1) and the vertical symmetry plane of the motor vehicle (2) is preferably not greater than 45°, in particular less than 5°.

Cette invention concerne une prise d'air comprenant au moins un déflecteur (1) pourvu d'une ou plusieurs parois (5, 6, 9) pouvant acheminer de l'air par une ouverture (4) prévue dans la carrosserie d'un véhicule automobile (2), lequel déflecteur est fixé de façon articulée à au moins un élément (7) du véhicule automobile (2) de sorte qu'il puisse tourner autour d'un axe (3) sous l'action d'au moins un moteur (19), de manière à faire varier la taille de cette ouverture (4). L'angle compris entre l'axe (3) de rotation du déflecteur (1) et le plan de symétrie vertical du véhicule automobile (2) est de préférence égal ou inférieur à 45 DEG , et mieux encore est inférieur à 5 DEG .
