Presented are the method of paint booth air feeding to paint with liquid paints (variants) and an air supply unit to realize the method (variants). Said group of innovations consists of two innovations to the method and three innovations to the installation to realize the methods. In the method (variant 1), a closed air stream is created inside the painting booth and air supply unit, after passing the painting zone it is divided into two streams, the first stream returning to the painting booth, while the second stream, containing flammable liquid vapors, is extracted to atmosphere. Simultaneously, some additional air is taken from atmosphere, mixed with return air and supplied to the paint booth painting zone. In the method (variant 2) a closed air stream is created inside the painting booth and air supply unit, and, after passing through the painting zone, is mixed with some additional fresh air and then divided into two streams, the first returning to the painting booth, while the second stream containing flammable liquid vapors, is extracted to atmosphere. The painting booth with separated units of the air supply unit (variants 1 and 2) is intended to realize the method according to claim 1 (Figs. 1 and 4). The painting booth with connected units of the air supply unit (variants 1 29 and 2) is intended to realize the method according to claim 1 (Figs. 2 and 3). The paint booth with air supply unit (variant 3) is intended to realize the method according to claim 2 (Fig. 5). A better performance and improved ecological properties are the immediate technical results of the innovations proposed. 9 Claims, 5 figures.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'alimentation en air d'une cabine de pulvérisation dans laquelle s'effectuent des applications de peinture au moyen de peinture liquide et de vernis, et une unité de ventilation permettant de mettre en oeuvre ce procédé. Le groupe des inventions se compose de deux inventions relatives au procédé et de trois inventions relatives au dispositif de mise en oeuvre des procédés. Dans la variante numéro 1 du procédé, un écoulement d'air fermé est réalisé dans la cabine et l'unité de ventilation, et après avoir traversé la zone d'application de peinture, cet écoulement d'air est divisé en deux écoulements, le premier écoulement étant renvoyé dans la cabine. Une prise d'air pour l'air additionnel provenant de l'atmosphère a été ménagée, et l'air est mélangé à celui renvoyé dans la cabine et ce mélange est envoyé dans la zone d'application de peinture; et le second écoulement constitué de vapeurs de liquides extrêmement inflammables est évacué dans l'atmosphère. Dans la variante numéro 2 du procédé, un écoulement d'air fermé est réalisé à l'intérieur de la cabine et de l'unité de ventilation et, après avoir traversé la zone d'application de peinture, cet écoulement d'air se mélange un volume additionnel d'air provenant de l'atmosphère et est ensuite divisé en deux écoulements, le premier écoulement étant envoyé dans la zone d'application de peinture et le second écoulement constitué de vapeurs de liquides extrêmement inflammables est évacué dans l'atmosphère. La cabine de pulvérisation constituée de blocs disposés séparément de l'unité de ventilation, dans les variantes 1 et 2, est destinée à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1 (figures 1 et 4). La cabine de pulvérisation constituée des blocs de l'unité de ventilation agencés ensemble, dans les variantes 1 et 2 est destinée à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1(figures 2 et 3). La cabine de pulvérisation pourvue de l'unité de ventilation, dans la variante 3, est destinée à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 2 (figure 5). Lors de l'utilisation du groupe proposé des inventions, on constate une amélioration des caractéristiques d'utilisation et des caractéristiques écologiques.
