A container assembly (10) having a container (12), a fitment (14) and a cap (16) assembly. The container (12) has at least one panel (20) and at least one seal (22) sealing the at least one panel to define a cavity (26). The fitment is coupled with the container, comprising a body (30) having a first end (32) and a second end (34). The second end (34) extends away from the container (12), wherein the fitment (14) provides fluid communication with the cavity (26). The cap assembly (16) is releasably attachable to the second end (3) of the fitment (14). The cap assembly (16) comprises a base (40) and a cover (60). The base includes an upper surface (41 ), a lower surface (42) and an opening (43) extending therethrough. The opening (43) including an upper annular rim extending from the upper surface of the base (41 )and a lower annular rim' extending from the lower surface of the base. The cover is attachable to the base to cover the opening. The cover includes an annular ring that extends along at least a portion of the upper annular rim (75) of the opening. The annular ring forms a hermetic seal with the upper annular rim of the opening. A frangible cover (82) is integrally molded with the cap extending across the lower annular rim.
L'invention concerne un ensemble de contenant comportant un contenant, une cloison et un ensemble de capuchon. Le contenant presente au moins un panneau et au moins un joint d'étanchéité scellant de façon étanche le ou les panneaux pour définir une cavité. La cloison est couplée au contenant, comprenant un corps doté d'une première extrémité et d'une seconde extrémité. La seconde extrémité s'étend à l'opposé du contenant, la cloison fournissant une communication fluide avec la cavité. L'ensemble de capuchon est attachable de façon amovible à la seconde extrémité de la cloison. L'ensemble de capuchon comporte une base et un couvercle. La base comporte une surface supérieure, une surface inférieure à travers laquelle s'étend une ouverture. L'ouverture comporte un rebord annulaire supérieur s'étendant à partir de la surface supérieure de la base et un rebord annulaire inférieur s'étendant à partir de la surface inférieure de la base. Le couvercle est attachable à la base pour recouvrir l'ouverture. Le couvercle comporte une bague annulaire qui s'étend le long d'au moins une partie du rebord annulaire supérieur de l'ouverture. La bague annulaire forme un joint d'étanchéité hermétique avec le rebord annulaire supérieur de l'ouverture. Un couvercle fragile est moulé d'un seul tenant avec le capuchon s'étendant à travers le rebord annulaire inférieur.
