The invention relates to a method for producing, in a TFP method, one- or multilayer fibre preforms (1, 25) substantially comprising fibre strands (4- 16) which are oriented in the force flux direction, arranged on a support layer (2) and attached by fixing threads (17) in such a way that the fibre preform (1, 25) having almost any thickness and devoid of the unwanted support layer (2) is formed. According to said invention, a separating layer (3,26) is applied to the support layer (2) at least by sections and, according to the TFP method, said fibre preform (1, 25) is introduced into a fixing device (24), wherein at least one part of the fixing thread (17) is molten by supplied heat and the support layer (2) separated from the fibre preform (1, 25) by the separating layer (3,26) is removed therefrom. The support layer for producing the fibre preform (1, 25) and said fibre preform (1, 25) formed by the inventive method are also disclosed.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'ébauches de fibres (1,25) monocouches ou multicouches selon le procédé TFP, comprenant sensiblement des brins (4-16) qui orientés dans le flux de force et qui sont déposés sur une couche support (2) et attachés par des fils de fixation (17), pour former une ébauche de fibre (1,25) d'une épaisseur quasi quelconque et sans couche support (2) gênante. Selon l'invention, une couche de séparation (3,26) est appliquée au moins par sections sur la couche support (2) et, au terme du procédé TFP, l'ébauche de fibre (1,25) est introduite dans un dispositif de fixation (24) dans lequel au moins une partie du fil de fixation (17) est fondu par apport de chaleur. Ensuite la couche support (2), séparée de l'ébauche de fibre (1,25) par la couche de séparation (3,26), est détachée de l'ébauche de fibre (1,25). L'invention concerne également une couche support destinée à la production d'une ébauche de fibre (1,25) ainsi que l'ébauche de fibre (1,25) formée par le procédé selon l'invention.
