ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Describes are leukotriene-B4 antagonists of the formula (I), in which X is C1-C4 alkoxy or -S(O)p-(C1-C4)-alkyl, p being 0, 1 or 2; Y is a hydrogen atom or the group COACOR2, A being an alkylene group with 1 to 6 C-atoms in the chain or one of the groups (a), (b) or (c), R1 and R2 are an OH, -O- (C1-C4)-alkyl, -O-(c3-C6)-cycloalkyl, -O-(C7-C12)-aralkyl or NR3R4 group, R3 and R4 being hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, C6-C10 aryl or C7-C12 aralkyl, plus their salts with physiologically tolerable bases and their cyclodextrin clathrates. The invention also concerns methods for their manufacture, and their use as drugs.
