A method for preparing a whole grain beverage via steam injection is described. More particularly, the method includes the steps of dispersing whole grain flour in a product batch to form a product mixture and subjecting the product mixture to steam injection to obtain a whole grain beverage. The whole grain beverage produced by this method has overall enhanced stability.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une boisson à base de farine complète par injection de vapeur. Ce procédé implique, plus précisément, les étapes consistant à disperser de la farine complète dans un lot de produit afin d'obtenir un produit de mélange, puis à soumettre ledit produit de mélange à une injection de vapeur afin d'obtenir une boisson à base de farine complète.
