An air flow rate measuring apparatus includes a casing having opposite open ends, a flow rectifier mounted within the casing at an upstream-side portion thereof with respect to a direction of flow of fluid to be measured, and at least one fluid pressure detector which is mounted within the casing, and is disposed downstream of the flow rectifier, the fluid pressure detector including at least one differential pressure detector member. The differential pressure detector member includes a pair of tubular members of an identical configuration, and each of the tubular members has a flattened shape having opposed narrow side walls and opposed wide side walls, and at least one pressure-measuring port is formed through one of the opposed narrow side walls. The differential pressure detector member further includes a pair of plug members mounted on and closing opposite open ends of each of the tubular members, respectively, one of the pair of plug members having a pressure outlet port. The at least one pressure-measuring port in one of the pair of tubular members is directed toward an upstream side with respect to a direction of flow of fluid to be measured, thereby forming a total pressure-measuring port, while the at least one pressure-measuring port in the other tubular member is directed toward a downstream side, thereby forming a static pressure-measuring port.

Appareil de mesure du débit d'air constitué d'un boîtier à extrémités opposées ouvertes, d'un rectificateur de débit situé dans la partie amont du boîtier par rapport à la direction de l'écoulement du fluide à mesurer, et d'au moins un capteur de pression du fluide situé à l'intérieur du boîtier et en aval du rectificateur de l'écoulement, le capteur de pression comprenant au moins un capteur de pression différentielle. Ce dernier comprend une paire d'éléments tubulaires de configuration identique, chacun de ces éléments étant de forme aplatie et présentant des parois latérales opposées étroites et des parois latérales opposées larges, et au moins un orifice de mesure de pression est réalisé dans l'une des parois latérales étroites opposées. Le capteur de pression différentielle comprend également une paire d'éléments d'obturation qui sont situés sur les extrémités opposées ouvertes des éléments tubulaires et qui bloquent ces derniers respectivement, l'une des paires d'éléments d'obturation présentant un orifice d'évacuation de la pression. L'orifice de mesure de la pression situé dans l'un des deux éléments tubulaires est orienté en amont par rapport à la direction de l'écoulement du fluide à mesurer, constituant ainsi orifice de mesure de la pression totale, alors que l'orifice de mesure de pression situé dans l'autre élément tubulaire est orienté en aval, constituant ainsi un orifice de mesure de la pression statique.
