The invention relates to an apparatus for the detachable fastening of cleaning implements, e.g. brooms, scrubbing brushes or the like to a stick or handle. The stick is provided at its end with two fork-shaped, resilient arms, which can be fined in bores of the cleaning implement with the aid of a fining device. The fining device comprises a handle and an operating element located between the arms and which is in engagement with the latter by means of contact faces and spreads the latter outwards or draw them inwards by rotation or displacement. So that even after prolonged use a simple and easy adjustability is ensured, the contact faces of the operating element are constructed on rotary bearing parts, preferably bearing rollers or rolls, which roll on the arms during the adjusting movement of the operating element.

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif permettant une fixation amovible à un manche (1), d'appareils de nettoyage (30), par exemple balais, brosses et analogue. A cet effet, le manche (1) présente à son extrémité deux bras souples en forme de fourche (3 et 4) pouvant être tendus de manière à être fixés, au moyen d'un dispositif de fixation (10), dans des trous (32, 33) ménagés dans l'appareil de nettoyage (30). Le dispositif de fixation (10) comprend une manette (13) et un élément d'actionnement agencé entre les bras (3 et 4), lequel vient en contact avec ceux-ci, par l'intermédiaire de surfaces de contact et qui, par rotation ou translation, écarte ces bras vers l'extérieur ou les tire vers l'intérieur. Afin de garantir un réglage simple et souple, même après une longue utilisation, les surfaces de contact de l'élément d'actionnement sont formées sur des portées tournantes, de préférence sur des cylindres ou des galets d'appui qui sont entraînés en rotation sur les bras lors du mouvement de réglage de l'élément d'actionnement.
