A rotary compensating device used in a pipe under high pressure comprises an inner pipe (1), a sealing gland (3), a sealing seat (5) and a connecting pipe (7). One end of the inner pipe (1) is inserted into the connecting pipe (7), and the connecting pipe (7) fixedly connects with one end of the sealing seat (5) and installs on the outer surface of the inner pipe (1). The inner pipe (1) is provided with an annular outer boss (8), and the sealing seat (5) is provided with an annular inner boss (9). The sealing gland (3) is installed on the outer surface of the inner pipe (1) and inserted into the other end of the sealing seat (5) to abut against the torus sealing member (4). The sealing gland (3) connects with the sealing seat (5) via a connecting member (2). A sealing cavity is formed between the sealing seat (5) and inner pipe (1), and an end face sealing member (6) is installed in the sealing cavity. The rotary compensating device solves the leakage problem exists in the high temperature and high pressure media pipe and widens the application range of the rotary compensating device.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de compensation rotatif utilisé dans un tuyau sous haute pression, comprenant un tuyau intérieur (1), un presse-étoupe d'étanchéité (3), un siège d'étanchéité (5) et un tuyau de raccordement (7). Une extrémité du tuyau intérieur (1) est introduite dans le tuyau de raccordement (7) et le tuyau de raccordement se raccorde de manière fixe sur une extrémité du siège étanchéité (5) et s'installe sur la surface extérieure du tuyau intérieur (1). Le tuyau intérieur (1) comprend un passage extérieur annulaire (8) et le siège d'étanchéité (5) est pourvu d'un bossage intérieur annulaire (9). Le presse-étoupe d'étanchéité (3) est installé sur la surface extérieure du tuyau intérieur 1) et introduit dans l'autre extrémité du siège d'étanchéité (5) pour venir buter contre l'élément d'étanchéité torique (4). Le presse-étoupe d'étanchéité (3) se raccorde avec le siège d'étanchéité (5) via un élément de raccordement (2). Une cavité d'étanchéité est formée entre le siège d'étanchéité (5) et le tuyau intérieur (1), et un élément d'étanchéité de face d'extrémité (6) est installé dans la cavité d'étanchéité. Le dispositif de compensation rotatif résout le problème de fuite qui existe dans un tuyau de liquide haute pression à haute température et élargit la portée de l'application du dispositif de compensation rotatif.
