The invention relates to a method for roller lubrication, in particular for lubricating the roller gap in a rolling stand for rolled strips, in which water is supplied via at least a first feed line (1) and oil is supplied via at least a second feed line (2) to at least one mixing element (3), wherein the water and the oil are mixed in the mixing element (3) and wherein the mixture of water and oil is supplied to a spraying element (4) with which the mixture is sprayed onto at least one working roller (5, 6) or support roller (12, 13) of a rolling stand (7). In order to ensure a reproducible supply of the oil/water mixture to the rollers in an efficient manner, the invention provides for a cleaning medium such as hot water or steam to be supplied via at least one third feed line (8) to one of the two other feed lines (1, 2) and/or to the mixing element (3) at defined time intervals or as a function of a status of the rolling process. Furthermore, the invention relates to an apparatus for roller lubrication, in particular for carrying out the method.
L'invention concerne un procédé de lubrification de cylindres, notamment de lubrification de l'emprise dans une cage de laminoir pour bandes. Selon l'invention, au moins un élément de mélange (3) est alimenté en eau par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une première tuyauterie d'alimentation (1) et en huile par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une deuxième tuyauterie d'alimentation (2), l'eau et l'huile étant mélangées dans ledit élément de mélange (3) et le mélange d'eau et d'huile étant amené vers un élément de pulvérisation (4), par lequel le mélange est projeté sur au moins un cylindre de travail (5, 6) ou un cylindre de support (12, 13) d'une cage de laminoir (7). Afin d'assurer de manière efficace une alimentation reproductible des cylindres en mélange d'eau et d'huile, l'invention prévoit d'amener un support de purification, par exemple, l'eau chaude ou la vapeur d'eau, par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une troisième tuyauterie d'alimentation (8) vers l'une des deux autres tuyauteries d'alimentation (1, 2) et / ou l'élément de mélange (3) à des intervalles définis ou en fonction de l'état du processus de laminage. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de lubrification de cylindres, notamment pour la mise en AEuvre du procédé.
