It is intended to provide a remedy and/or a preventive for lung diseases associated with neutrophilic inflammation such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary emphysema, chronic bronchitis, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and acute lung injury (ALI) which contains 7-[2-(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)-1-oxoethyl]-4-methoxy-spiro[1,3- benzodioxole-2,1~-cyclopentane] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as the active ingredient.
