ABSTRACT: A dripping set with an automatic closing ball float, in which a hollow ball float is installed in a fluid reservoir; as soon as a fluid in the fluid reservoir is drained away, the ball float will be lowered to an outlet at the bottom of the fluid reservoir automatically to close the outlet as a result of the attractive force of the fluid; then, a given amount of fluid will be left in a fluid hose to prevent a blood from flowing into the fluid hose, and such a feature can facilitate refilling fluid for the next injection operation.
