Method and system for the weighing of sheets (6) of wood material on a sheet forming line, on which line the sheets are carried on a conveyor from a sheet forming apparatus and cooled down in a cooling turn gear comprising a cooling wheel (3) provided with radial supporters (5). The sheets (6) are weighed using a weighing system (8) which has been fitted in the cooling turn gear and which weights the sheets (6) when they are turned to an upright position or at least to a nearly upright position. The invention makes it possible to leave out the conveyor weight meter from the press line, thus allowing the press line to be made shorter. The weighing accuracy is substantially better than in a conventional conveyor weight meter solution because only the sheet itself is weighed instead of weighing the relatively heavy conveyor together with the light sheets on it.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de pesée de panneaux (6) dérivés du bois dans une chaîne de conformation dans laquelle les panneaux sont transportés sur un transporteur à partir d'un appareil formeur de panneau et refroidis dans un mécanisme de retournement et de refroidissement comprenant une roue de refroidissement (3) dotée de supports radiaux (5). Les panneaux (6) sont pesés à l'aide d'un système de pesage (8) qui est abrité dans le mécanisme de retournement et de refroidissement et qui pèse les panneaux (6) lorsqu'ils sont tournés dans une position verticale ou quasiment verticale. L'invention permet de se passer du dispositif de pesée du transporteur de la chaîne de compression et donc de raccourcir la chaîne de compression. La précision de pesage est ici nettement meilleure que celle d'une solution classique d'un dispositif de pesée du transporteur car seul le panneau est pesé et non pas le transporteur relativement lourd avec les panneaux légers posés dessus.
