Control for a circuit breaker, allowing for an on/off/on sequence followed by an off/on sequence. The device comprises a coaxial disconnect spring (25) and connect spring (32), so arranged that release of the connect spring (32) compresses the disconnect spring (25). The connect spring is compressed by means of a spring-loaded coaxial mechanism comprising a two-way electric motor (44).
